About Our Company

Bayside Rug Co., a division of Brasures Carpet Care Inc., was established in the spring of 2006. By invitation of Claire Murray®, Bayside Rug Co. decided to begin its journey into the world of retail, and needless to say, they are enjoying it immensely. The majority of its inventory is Claire Murray® hand-hooked rugs. Its inventory also includes every product that Claire has to offer such as washable mats, dinnerware, birdhouses, apparel, rug hooking kits, counted cross stitch kits, needlepoint kits, LaVie Claire Magazines (past & current, Claire Murray® Nantucket Inspirations Book, Claire Murray® Paper(Stationary & and more), and a soon to be released spa line.

Bayside Rug Co. is operated by Peggy and Amber Brasure, a mother & daughter team. In the spring of 2007 Amber graduated from the University of Delaware with a Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration concentrating on Management. Peggy, who has 25 years of experience in the Carpet Cleaning Industry, recently became a Certified Rug Specialist enabling her to be very helpful with the selection of your rug. Peggy and Amber loook forward to helping you with your floor and home decorating needs. Stop by to look at their wonderful selection while being greeted with a smile. Their hours are Memorial Day thru Labor Day 10am-10pm. Before Memorial Day and after Labor Day, hours will be reduced so please call. In January and February, the retail store hours are limited.
